My Story
I have been an Independent Scentsy Consultant since 2014. I originally joined because I needed a part-time job that wouldn't take me away too much from my family, as I had 2 young girls who were involved in activities that I didn't want to miss out on. This opportunity allowed me to be my own boss and make my own hours. In my first year, I was quite successful with building a team, having successful parties, and even accomplishing the Annual Sales Award. I then started earning some great incentives. It was at that point where I realized this was more than just a side job.
I was nervous at first because I wasn't a "sales person" but with the training and mentoring I had with Scentsy, I quickly realized that this was a fun, rewarding opportunity that has helped my family in countless ways. I enjoy building my team and mentoring others to success, as it gives me a purpose and joy to see others grow as I have grown.
My "why" has changed slightly over the years, but what has remained consistent is the needs of my family and how grateful I am that this opportunity allows me to be as flexible as I need to be while supporting the needs of my family all at the same time having fun, meeting new people, and bringing wonderful fragrances into everyone's lives!
